We are located at Ambulong, Station 3, it is just a
one minute walk to the
famous White Beach on Boracay Island, the Philippines. These new and fully furnished apartments are located immediately behind the Swiss Inn and can be accessed by
a sealed road. The apartments
can be rented or purchased directly from the land owner / developer
First Roxon Development Corporation.
Each apartment has been individually designed and vary from 36 square meters to 60 square meters,
each with a private balcony.
You can choose from
Studio Apartment, One Bedroom, or
Two Bedroom Apartment.
From the rooftop of
the apartments there are views of the ocean. We also has an area for entertaining, kitchen and convenience room with vanity, toilet and shower. An adjoining room can be used as staff quarters and a tool shed. There is also 8000
liters of water stored on the roof. A Fisher and Paykal washing machine and drying area is also available.
Roxon apartments in Boracay have a back up generator which will run the whole building and in case of breakdown there is a second smaller generator which will run a power point in each apartment.
After a swim at the famous
Boracay Beach, there is an outdoor shower which can be used to wash off the sand before entering your apartment.
